Release 1.0

After the gamejam we didn't want to leave the game in an unfinished state. So we decided to fix some bugs and add the originally planned features.

- Fixed shadows
- Fixed collisions
- Fixed getting multiple batteries when collecting only one
- Added boss dialogs
- Added damage UI
- Power plants are activated after the boss dies
